Tonight is the biggest night of Cinedelphia’s Unknown Japan series as we’re hauling our projector, speakers, and PA (technically Mercury Radio Theater’s projector, speakers, and PA) out to Fairmount Park’s Shofuso Japanese House & Garden for a family friendly evening of vintage Japanese animation. The cartoons will be projected inside of the house and attendees will have the option of sitting on the tatami mat floor or in chairs on the outside patio, mere feet away from Shofuso’s koi pond. The program starts at 7:30 and will include a brief intermission. Come early and feed the fish.
A truly memorable screening, one of my personal favorites. Thanks for coming out!
