While it doesn’t tell us a whole lot, the artwork revealed on the website for The Collection looks kind of cool. For those that don’t know, this is the sequel to 2009’s successful slasher film, The Collector.

Speaking of Guillermo del Toro, Universal Pictures just gave us the chilling trailer for Mama. He’ll be presenting this one, like with Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my years as a movie fan, it’s not to judge a film by its trailer, but I can’t deny how creepy this looks. Great imagery.
According to Collider, Lionsgate plans to release the highly anticipated thriller, You’re Next, August of 2013. The film is getting rave reviews and I’m kind of sorry to have to wait a whole year for it.
Here’s the trailer for Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D. It looks like they’re keeping with the aesthetic of the remake and The Beginning, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I enjoyed those films, but as a purist, I still miss the documentary style that made the original so effective.
The new Godzilla movie is all set to return to the big screen in May of 2014. With the director of Monsters behind it, I couldn’t be more excited. (Huffington Post)
One more Walking Dead post. 😀 Here’s the teaser promo that’s been airing on TV over the last few days. (TV Line)
